• Your WhatsApp number and delivery addresses when you order.
• Optional details you choose to share for the loyalty programme, such as birthdays.
• Your orders and their payment status — never your card number, which is handled by the payment provider.

Why

• To process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them, mainly on WhatsApp.
• To run your account and the loyalty programme.
• To send offers, only if you agreed to marketing messages.

Who we share it with

Our delivery and fulfilment partner, our payment provider (Network International) and our accounting system receive only what they need to fulfil your order.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account at any time. To delete your account, contact our customer care.
