These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by Mart House, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error; any payment already taken is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is made in cash on delivery or by card online, where offered. Card payments are processed by Network International.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Liability and law

We are liable for the products we sell in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, which govern these terms.
